Tho Colonial Sugar Company announced to-night that as from to-morrow the price of all grades of refined sugar will be advanced CI per ton, making it £2l per ion. When the war broke out, the price of sugar was £ls 2s fid per ton. and on five occasions between then and December ?1 advances of Ct per ton were announced. On January 25 the company made an agreement with tho Government that further increases would not be made, and the term of that agreement expired to-day. I
