No entry will be received for any race except on the condition that all dispute, ■ claims and objections arising from the carrying out of this programme, shall be decided by the Stewards, or whoever they may appoint. Their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall he final, subject to appeal to the Association, except on questions of fact. With all nominations the name, color, sex, age and pedigree, and the last three performances, and the horse's 'best time, and the names and addresses of the owner and trainer MUST be given.
