.. (Times and Sydney Sun Services.) Received June 28, u p.m. i London, June 27. An officer of the Black Watch describe* the death of Lieutenant Haldane, aon of the late Lord Chancellor. Lieut. EaMane climbed under barbed wire, his pocket filled with bombs, which tore his kilt to ribbons. He mounte"rt-a German parapet and signalled for reimorcements and started to throw bombs at the enemy. He received many wounds, but accounted for many Germans. "There is no wonder the enemy styles us 'kilted women from hell,'" adds the officer.
