EFFORTS TO DO MORE. ABORIGINALS WANT TO FIGHT. Sydney, June 2S. The authorities stated tney were unable to accept an offer from one 'hundred aboriginals to go to the front as bomb-throwers or scouts. It is announced that in future no Government departmental orders will be given to Australian firms wdiose capital is mostly subscribed by Germans. Mr. Holman, in a statement made at the request of the Natives' Association, states that if Australian effort was proportionate with that of England and France she would be sending ' 400,000 men. Further effort to increase the scale of their contribution was essential if they were to do their share in bringing the war to a victorious conclusion.
