TIIK APPEAL COURT. ' * By Telegraph.--I'mss Association. Wellington, June 2S. The Appeal Court, second division, with Sir Robert Stout and Justices Dennistou, Sim, and Hosking on the bench, began its sittings to-day, and made absolute the order striking Joseph Harold "Moore oil' the roll of solicitors. Fifteen guineas costs were allowed the Law Society. Final leave to appeal to the Privy Council was granted in Hermann Weyer Manufacturing Company v. >Mangaone Oldilields. Ltd/. N'o other business was done, beyond fixing the order of heaving for cases set down. THK REALS MURDER. Wellington, June 28. The death sentence of Norman Keals for the murder of his sister-in-law and child at Uiicwhoro in February last was commuted to imprisonment for life. The opinion of three experts was taken, Doctors Hay, Hassell, and Truby King, who all agreed that the' prisoner was of unsound mind. He will he confined in ii mental hospital, but it may not he considered desirable that he should be at once transferred from the Auckland prison. '
