Following is Mr. Bates's weather foreeast:—Present indications are for dull cloudy and misty weather; rain is probable generally; expect strong easterly to northerly winds, with a further decrease in atmospheric pressure everywhere and probably very low in the south, for another Antarctic storm is threatening.
