TK connection with the Auckland Exhibition a Souvenir Booklet was issued by the North Auckland Court Executive, setting forth the undermentioned facts concerning the North cf Auckland The series of articles was prepared under the supervision of a committee, the members of which vouched for the accuracy of the statements. This Booklet fully describes the great asset of the North, and proves conclusively that the North of Auckland posesses— Some of the finest Country in the Dominion. The majority of farmers make an easy living from surface sown grasses, and are indifferent about ploughing their land. The climate is mild and genial while there is a good average rain fall. The price' of land, taking all advantages and disadvantages into consideration is 33 to 50 per cent, cheaper than the average price in the" most-favoured parts of the Dominion. Many farmers do not find it necessary to rug their cows in winter The winter growth outweighs every-1 thing of an unfavourable nature. J The connection of Northern Sections of Railway with Main Trunk now searing completion will very soon bring the north to the~l«yel of the Test of the Dominion. The North offers the greatest scope for young fanners owing to its ~ varied and abundant resources Everyone in search of a delightful | place to live should visit North Auckland Great will be the measure of reward to the settler who comes now, more especially to the man of up-to-date ideas. The day is fast approaching when tin North of New Zealand will rival the most prosperous portion of the Dominion . and old settlers are only just beginning to "wake up" to the real value of their lands. Properties, undoubtedly great bargains to-day, will gradually creep i-.p j to their true value, as the railway is nearing completion. Out to Watch the Buyer's Interest. Where the properties are nearly .ill cheap compared with other parts, buyers cannot go wrong, but I am able to offer what might be termed "Special Bargains Amongst Bargains.'' I shall be very pleased to run visitors over the 1 various districts and give them a good insight into the country before making close inspection of any particular properties. To 'please the Buyer is my first aim, thereby building up a good reputation J and sound business. Correspondence Department. I have provided a Special Correspondence Department, and will be pleased to correspond with persons who are anxious to obtain further information concerning these parts. The information will be carefully given, printed matter supplied, and no attempt will be made to either worry or unduly influence anyone simply seeking information You will bo given every facility for using your own judgment.
