The Federal Executive has passed an order under the War Precautions Act giving the. Attorney-General power u> obtain all information relative to food supplied. In the "House Mr. Cook severely attacked the Government in saying a national government was impossible, Kb appealed to Mr. Fisher to at least declare a party truce.

The Assembly lias adjourned till Tues. dav as a mark of respect to the la'e Sergeant Lark in (a Member of Parliament), who has been killed in action.
