CONTINGENT FOR EUROPE. I NO DECISION' ARRIVED AT. GERMAN ARMY NOT YET ENGAGED. Capetown, June 2. Viscount Buxton (Governor-General) said that a definite statement regarding a South African contingent for Europe would be premature, for though we occupy the capital and the greater part of German Nonth-lWest Africa, the German army has not yet been engaged.
