Wounded. —Two hundred and thirtyseven non-commissioned officers and inen. Sydney, May 28. Private Wintle, wounded at the Dardanelles, resides at Tologa Bay. London, May 27. A large meeting of Australians was held at the Trocadero to devise a means to help Australian wounded coming to England. Sir George lteid moved a resolution, expressing the meeting's ardent admiration of the exploits of the troops in the Dardanelles and extending sorrowful sympathy to the relatives of those who have falen in battle, and sympathy to the. wounded. Sir George lteid eulogised General Bridges' valuable services to the Commonwealth. Mr. Barton, in supporting the motion, said thai, those originating the war must be brought to book.
