Germany lias asked America for another week's delay in replying to Vie Lusitania note. The Italian declaration is responsible for a calmer feeling in Germany towards America. The reply will he of the friendliest, and every effort will ilie made to avoid trouble. Submarines have been instructed not to sink American vessels.
