TARANAKI WILL CASE.
SUPREME COURT JUDGMENT. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The judgment of Mr. Justice Chapman in the case of the Public Trustee v. tlia widow (Margaret Weatherspoon Virgin) and two infant children of Frederick John Virgin, of Taranaki (deceased), wa's delivered at the Supreme Court today by the registrar. There was an originating summons to determine the respective interests of the parties under the will. There were several peculiarities in the will, said His Honor, which made it dillicult.to construe, but there could be no doubt that a joint tenancy in the three beneficiaries had been created, and that they should take equally among them the whole estate. It was directed that costs on both sides should come out of the estate.
