pLRSUAXT to Section 12 of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1013," I hereby give notice that at a poll of the ratepayers of the Borough of New Plymouth taken on the 21st day of May, 1915, on the proposal to borrow by way of Special Loan the sum of £22,000 at a rate of interest not exceeding £5 per centum per annum with a sinking fund of one-half per centum additional, the whole of the loan to be repayable on the Ist clay of April, 103.1. and to be for the following particular purposes:— 1. (a) The sum of £20,800 to construct bridges and culverts and form approaches thereto and to form, metal and generally improve the streets and footways of the Borough. (b) The sum of £I2OO to acquire or provide lands, easements and appurtenecs and to construct and erect buildings and to acquire plant, machinery and equipment . for the destruction of refuse. (e) Any other purposes incidental to or in relation to any of the said matters. 2.
