'flie following is Mr. Bates's weather forecast:—Present indications are for moderate to strong and decreasing southerly winds, giving place to increasing northerlies after from twenty-four to thirty-six hours, with a falling barometer; weather generally fair to cloudy tomorrow, but expect increasing cloudiness and somewhat warmer conditions, A\Jith an unfavorable ehange to follow in .the early part of next week.
