FORCING SINGLE MEN TO ENLIST. Received May 14, 12.5 a.m. London, May 13. A meeting of business men at Nottingham decided to ask the Government to issue a compulsory notice to unmarried men of military age to report themselves at recruiting offices within ten days. ,
