Wool brokers announced that 110 sales ■will be licM for some time. Apparently this is the result of n recent conference with brokers of other elates. The dispute is not settled. LONDON '.MARKETS. Dalgety and Co., Ltd., have received the following cablegram from their London olliee, under date May 7: —Wool sales: The sales are more animated, except for short faulty merinos. Crossbreds are selling better again. Tallow: At the auctions there was 110 demand for mutton, which was nominally Is per cwt. lower. Other description's declined about 3d per cwt.
