An Austrian official statement says: "We forced the [Russians to evacuate the territory- south of the Carpathian;, and the ridge in the valleys of tile Ondawa 'and l.aborcz. Hungary is now clear of the invaders." VIENNA REPORTS RUSSIANS RETREATING. Received 'May .11, 1 a.m. Vienna, May 10. A communique states that the Russians are retreating on a front of two hundred kilometres, from the Vistula to the Uszok Pass. More violent battles are developing in south-east Galiiia.
