FURTHER EVIDENCE. By Telegraph.—Pies's Association. Wellington, Last Night. The inquest was resumed to-day on the victims of the recent gas tragedy. Dr. .Hamilton Gilmer deposed to making an autopsy of the bodies of Holmes and Smith, two of the victims. Theii condition was consistent with coal gas poisoning. The -Government Analyst's report on the blood from the victims corroborated the doctor's opinion. Thu inquest was adjourned till Hay 24.
