"DOUUII AXD DYNAMITE." To-night at tie Empire commences the screening of the new programme, which is headed by what the management describes as the greatest of all 'Keystone comedies, "Dough and Dynamite"—one ha f-liour of hilarity. Charles Chaplin, the iniintahlc comedian, has a very big part in this comedy, and he displays his varied talents to a laughtershrieking degree. Chaplin, in this instance. is employed in a baker's shop, where a strike occurs. He volunteers to fill the baker's position. Ilis primitive i:,<!hod.-. of mixing the dough and tile artle.-s way in which he spreads it ov • waitresses, assistants and the pi'oprieti.r, causes no end of fun, but the dough docs not rise until the strikers put a plug of dynamite into the oven, and the last one sees of it is a rapid rise, as the fnnny baker lifts himself out of the sticky mass.
