The death occurred at llawcra yesterday morning of Mr. James Livingstone, aged 74 years. Deceased was one of the oldest settlers in Taranaki, ami played an important part at Te-Xgutu-o-te-Manu in the Maori war.
Mr. Horace G. Hunt, the well-known pianist, son of .Mr. 11.
