FORECAST. Wellington. Last Night. Tiie following is Mr. i'ember-'s weather forecast: —Present indications are for increasing easterly and northerly winds, the barometer falling shortly. Cloudy and misty conditions with rain are probable northward of Kawhia and the Fast Cape, and fair weather elsewhere, but haze anil cloudiness are likely to increase generally and an unfavorable change follow, especially over the North Island.
