ALLEGED CUSTOMS FRAUD.
CASE PKOCEKDItra. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchureli, Last Night. The hearing of the charges against John Alexander McKinnon in connection with alleged Customs frauds was resumed before Mr. .Justice Sim. The case for the Crown has closed. The evidence given was on the lines of that at the previous trial. The case for the defence was opened, and the court adjourned till to-morrow.
