FORECAST. . Wellington, Last Night. Following is Mr. Bates' forecast:--Present indications are for moderate to strong south-easterly and southerly winds and cool and changeable weather, with scattered showers, especially in the northern and east coast districts. The barometer has a falling tendency in the north, but little change is indicated generally.
