The Cologne .Gazette states that the Imperial Court confirmed; the Military Court's death, sentence on Lonsdale, a British prisoner, and rejected the application for a revision. The sentence now requires the Kaßer's confirmation. (Lonsdale was alleged to have struck a German guard who, ill-treated him.)
