SUPPLY OF SHIPS.

A NEW ARRANGEMENT. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, April 30. Mr. M'assoy states that it lias been arranged that the High Commissioner shall be a member of what is known as the Tonnage Committee of the Board of Trade, London, to look after New Zealand interests in the matter of shipping and insulated space. The Board of Trade has also consented to a representative of the New Zealand Government acting on the Shipping Committee in New Zealand. It is hoped by this means that friction will be avoided and more satisfaction given to the interests of the producers and those immediately concerned in the shipment of produce from the Dominion.
