Russian Campaign.

The Russians have now collected iii Przemysl a thousand guns in perfect order and much ammunition, also refills enough to equip two army corps with 'ammunition for two months. IMPORTANCE OF CONSTANTINOPLE. RUSSIA MUST HAVE BOTH STRAITS. Received April 28, 5.3 p.m. London, April 28. At the Slavonic dinner at Petrograd the eminent historian M. Platoriaf dwelt on the importance, of Constantinople for ■Russia, and declared that it was no longer possible for the Russians to live without the Black Sea straits. He insisted that Russia cannot restrict herself to the liosphorus.
