(By Our Special Reporter.) Much interest is being evinced in the municipal elections. There are no particular questions of policy to 'place before the electors, and it seems probable that candidates' personal merits will be the deciding factor in both the council ami mayoral contests. -Mr. fiowe, of Cheal l!oad, had a narrow escape from a serious accident on Saturday afternoon.
