EMPTUE THEATRE. A new series descriptive of scenes in the life of cowboys of tile l'ar West will he the feature film screened at the Empire to-night. " The California Kound-up is the annual gathering of America's cattlemen, where the cowboys compete for the prized title of champion, and the picture gives a graphic idea of the dangers that, beset the vigorous and virile riders of the Westen. plains in the subduing of quadruped outlaws. Finch have laughable parts; "Xeidra, the Dream Woman," is a fantastic picture of the 'Pygmalion and Galatea type: " Gaumont Graphic," featuring war topics; " Highways of England," a beautiful scenic series: "Shorty," a pathetic Edison drama, and " Eiffel Tower," an interesting film of the famous tower. The pianiste will play appropriate selections to the yjietures.
