FORECAST. : By Telegraph.—Press Association, Wellington, Last Night. The following is Mr. Bates' weather forecast:—r Present indications are for moderate to strong south-westerly winds, tackinu shortly to increasing north-westerlies; weather changeable, with increasing cloudiness and humidity and rain following, especially southward of New Plymouth and Castlepoint. The barometer is unsteady, pr.obably rising temporarily soon, but tailing again shortly in the south.
