THE TURKEY WELL SPITTED. XO AUSTRO-GERMiAN TROOPS AVAILABLE. THE TURKS' EYES SURELY OPEN - KG. Received April 15, 8.15 p.m. Paris, April 15. I.c Temps publishes a telegram from Constantinople that at a meeting of the Great Council of War General von der (Jolt;', reported the results of his visit to Berlin. He promised Turkey a big advance from the German Avar loan of 300 millions, but regretted that be had been unable to persuade the German Government to send an Austro-German army to invade Servia and create a diversion from the DnvdivneJles. Germany and Austria were in such a position that it was absolutely impossible, to divert a single battalion. A violent discussion followed. Enver Bey bitterly reproached Germany with leaving Turkey to fight the Allies alone when lier capital was menaced. Talaat Bey said that only selfishness prevented Germany from sending troops. Addressing Generals von der Goltz. and von Sanders, lie added: "If Germany is in such a state, it is high time that Turkey concluded a separate, peace."
