AT A "WILD WEST" SHOW. , liv Telegraph.—Press Association. «; Wellington, Last Xii.ht. -In the Appeal Court to-dav an r.p]v ;1 was heard in Ue.v v. Win. McLeod. The case aro'e out of the accused, a 'Professional marksman, wounding one Wilson in ihe face with a bullet at a "Wild West" show at Hamilton. His skill was admitted, and he was to blow tlr.' ash from a cigarette smoked by "Wilson, but shot, him through the cheek. It was found by the jury that Wilson had inadvertently moved. The question reserved for the Court was whether the accused, under the circumstances, was guilty of assault or causing bodily harm under circumstances that might have amounted to manslaughter. The Court reserved judgment.
