THE BULGARIAN SCARE. ANOTHER RAID FEARED. Received April 12, 0.15 p.m . Sofia, April 12. Fearing a Bulgarian attack, prominent _ Turks and Greek merchants at Kirk Kilissc are leaving their homes and going to Asia Minor and Greece. There is a similar movement elsewhere in Thrace. BULGARIANS CONCENTRATING. lAthens, April 11. Bulgarian comitadjis (irregular bands) under the orders of the Bulgarian and Turkish reserve officers, are concentrating at Strumnitza and Egripalanka. An attack on the railway line to Salonika, is probable. BULGARIA'S NEW POLICY. Paris, April 11. The Sofia correspondent of the Peiti Parisien had an interview with M. Rad,oslavoff, President of the Council, who said that Bulgaria had been hitherto strictly neutral, but a new situation had arisen owing to the Allies' action in the East, which necessitated a new policy. Bulgaria now saw the possibility to releasing her national aspirations.
