FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Press Association, Wellington, Last Niglit. The following is Mr. Bates' weather foiecast:— Present indications are for the development of a westerly storm area in the south. Expect increasing northerly winds and a falling barometer everywhere; weather fair and warm on the east coast districts for a short time, but increasing cloudiness generally and rain soon on the West Coast and southern districts, and probably following elsewhere in the next day or two.
