ALLEGED GERMAN SPIES.

ARRESTED IN LONDON. MR. MACKENZIE DEFENDED. London, April 3. Three German spies have been arrested in London on a charge of communicating naval and military information to the C(jntinent in invisible ink. T!;ey will hi; tried before a civil court in camera.
