More German troops are being tent from Poland to assist the Amirians. A SCOUT MUTILATED. MORE GERMAN "KULTUR." Received April 9, 11.40 p.m. Petrograd, April 3. Official: Despite various tortures, a Russian scout captured at Raioga, near Mvszynice, refused to give information, whereupon the Germans, in the presence of officers, cut off his ears and mutilal-nd his face. The scout escaped. The Grand Duke Nicholas decorated him.
