FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Press Wellington, Last Night. The following is Mr. Bates' weather forecast:—Present indications are for variable winds, \ with moderate to strong easterlies prevailing, and changing to increasing northerlies everywhere shortly. Expect cloudy and hazy weather at times, with increasing cloudiness and change following generally. The barometer is likely to fall shortly, for a low pressure area is now developing fo tlie westward.
