GERMAN HYDROPLANES BUSY.
DROPPING BOMBS AT SEA.
Received April 0, 12.45 a.m. , London, April S. Two German hydroplanes dropped eleven bombs at the steamer Cnsel near the Galloper lightship. Several exploded close to the vessel, but smart manoeuvring prevented hits. BLOCKADE OF GERMANY.

Paris, April 8. The American Ambassador has presented to M. Delcassee a Note similar to Britain's. He said. it was made in the friendliest and frankest spirit.
