Received April 0, 12.45 a.m. , London, April S. Two German hydroplanes dropped eleven bombs at the steamer Cnsel near the Galloper lightship. Several exploded close to the vessel, but smart manoeuvring prevented hits. BLOCKADE OF GERMANY.
