A WARNING TO FARMERS. Keceived April 6, 9.45 p.m. " Sydney, April 'i. Mr. Hall states that" though there is Sufficient wheat in the State to meet requirements, the action of numbers of fanners in withholding supplies is eaus- - serious inconvenience. He warns them that unless this wheat is surrendered the Government will seize it.
