WEDDING BELLS.

HALL—LEGG. At St. Mary's Church yesterday, the Key. A. Colvile officiating, Mr. James Ilall, of the New Plymouth Telegraph Department's stall', son of Mr. John Hall, of Midhirst, was united in the holy bonds of wedlock to Miss Elizabeth Mary (Bessie) T-egg, youngest daughter of Mrs. J. C. l.egg, of New Plymouth. Mr. F. E. Pepperell gave away the bride, who,'was becomingly attired in white silk, richly trimmed with guipure insertion, and she wore the customary veil and orange blossoms. The bridesmaid, Miss Nellie Hall, sister of the bridegroom, wore a cream serge costume black hat with white plumes. The bride and bridesmaid each carried a beautiful shower bouquet of white roses and chrysanthemums. Mr. William J-egg, brother of the bride, acted as bfst man, and Mr. B. N. Rcnaiul was the organist. Mr. and Mrs. Hall left by the afternoon train for Auckland, in which district the honeymoon is to bo spent. Mrs. Legg, the bride's mother, WOS dressed in black silk, hat of white, satin trimmed with black feathers; Mrs. Hall, mother of the bridegroom ' navy cloth costume, while vest', white hat with black plumes: Mrs. Forbes, sister of the bride, cream serge costume, vieux rose hat trimmed with fur. The presents received were numerous and costly.
