CONFERENCE CONCLUDES.
By Telegraph,—Press Association.Wcllingotn, Liist Nig'-it. The conference of delegates oi the printing and allied trades concluded its deliberations to-day. A set of rales lias been drawn up foi the now body, which, it is anticipated, will be acoeptable to the unions concerned. Provision is made for the Association to be governed by an executive composed of representatives of different branches of the industry; for rotation of executive duties biennially amongsl the various districts; .for the" holding of biennial conferences of delegates from each district; and for the establishment of'a mortality scheme. The organisation of workers engaged in tlif industry at present outside of the unions will be undertaken. The executive will be located in Wellington for t. ! te -first term, and Dunedin has been selected as the locale of the next conference.
