FRENCHMEN'S SUCCESSLS,
BOMBS DROPPED IN WOEVRE,
A GERMAN BROUGHT DOWN.

Official.—A French air scmadron dropped thirty-three bombs on railway and military: buildings at Bignoules,' in Woevre. All the machines were struck by gunfire, but all returned. No aviator was injured. ' A German aviator was brouglst down and taken prisoner at Soissons.

FOUR SUBMARINES DESTROYED.
Received April 4, 5.30 p.m. Paris, April. 4.
An Englishman from Antwerp states that it is understood there that the raid on March 25th destroyed four submarines ready for launching, and killed 63 German soldiers. THE RAID ON LONDON.
POSTPONED TILL LATE SUMMER.
ZEPPELIN RESULTS UNSATIS-
FACTORY.
Received April 3, 9.30 p.m. London, April 3.
A neutral correspondent writes that the Germans are disappointed with the exploits of the Zeppelins. The Germans say that London must he bombarded, anil not the small coast towns. A blisi ness man making parts of Zeppelins said that in six months Germany would build from fifteen to eighteen greatly improved models, to carry two tons of explosives, and likely to be used in an attackon London, which will he approached by manv airships regardless of losses. The attempt is being d<-!«y>-d, pending special improvements which the war has shown to be necessary. The Germans think the raid will not take place before the late summer. The airship and war material factories arc working day and night more feverishly than ever.
