AIRMAN'S EXPLOIT.

GERMAN SUBMARINES

ATTACKED,

Airmen to-day carried out a successful air attack on German -submarines being constructed at Hoboken, near Antwerp, dropping four bombs. A second airman, while reconnoitring over Zeebrugge, observed two submarines lying alongside the mole, and attacked them, dropping four bombs, with successful results. Both airmen returned safe.

Received April 3, 12.25 a.fn. London, April 2. The Admiralty announces that British airmen dropped four bombs this morning on submarines constructing at Hoboken.

Another British aviator, reconnoitring at Zeebrugge, dropped four bombs on two submarines lying at the mole, it is bel ieved successfully. Both fliers returned.

FRENCH AIRMEN BUSY.

Aviators dropped twenty-four bombs on the Oerjnan bivouacs in Woevrc, Champagne and Soissons; and also bombarded the. aviation camp at Gits.

GERMAN SOLDIERS KILLED.

Amsterdam, March 31.

Five aviators attacked neistr Thourout, Where there was a large concentration, and also the flying ground. Thirty soldiers were killed and sixty wounded.

An aviator dropped five bombs on the dock near Bruges, where submarines were laid up. The result is unknown.
