By Cable—Press Association—Copj'rigiit. Received March 31, 9.55 p.m. Sydney, March 31. Persistent heavyrra n is militating against the Show attendance, but the whole State is benefiting. In sonic places four inches have fallen, and the crop and feed outlook has greatly improved.
PRICE ILLEGALY INCREASED. Received March 31, 0.55 p.m. Sydney, March 31. Two produce dealers were fined for selling pollard above the price fixed by the Commodities Commission. These are the first convictions of the kind.
SYDNEY SHOW SALES. Received March 31, 11.30 p.m. Sydney, March 31. _ The pedigree cattle sales in connection with the show realised satisfactory values. In the Shorthorn bulls, Dundas Duke, of Derrimatt, which had taken first prize, brought 400 guineas. On behalf of R. McLean, Hawkesbury, two sold at 210 and 250 guineas, and' seven others ranged at 100 to G3 guineas, tin behalf of Messrs. William Nixon, of Canterbury, Lovelock, of Palmerston North, and Wright of Windcmere prices ranged from 100 to 25 guineas. '
