MRS. DONNELLY'S WILL.
SALE Oh' PROPERTIES AUTHORISED

'Application to determine certain questions arising out of the will of the late Arini Donnelly, the wife of G. P. Donnelly, slieepfarmer of Hawke's "llay, was heard'by the (Thief Justice to-day. The late Mrs. Donnelly at her death left among other property certain blocks of land known as the Mangaohou block, containing about 16,372 acre 3. The Government valuation was £38,000 and the valuation had been appealed against as excessive. Since then Thomas Morrin had made an offer to purchase the block for £25,000 and Mrs La Mortc, uaughter pf tcstratrix, expressed an urgent desire tnan the offer be accepted. The trustees now asked that the Court should sanction the sale to Morrin and also" the sale of anofTfer block of 72 acres to G. P. Donnelly, at £ 2B an acre. His Honor made an order on the terms asked.
