A child named Raymond Enwright, aged 14 months, whose parents reside in RisKell street, Ponsonby, at.; soao in the bathroom and, deof te medical attention, died shortly afterwards., Ar analysis of the soap will he made prior to the inquest.
MAN LOST OVERBOARD.
Wellington, Last Night,,
An ordinary seaman was lost from the steamer Westmeath on Wednesday, en route from Cisbornc to Waitara. The man was H. Vincent, aged nineteen, a native of Avonmouth. -No one saw the accident, but Vincent was working on the boat deck cleaning paintwork, and presumably fell overboard. When he was missed'a search was made, the vessel cruising about for an hour and a half, but no sign was seen of Vincent, and the voyage was resumed.
