GERMANS MORALE GONE.

iParis, March 26. General JofTre, interviewed, said a long war in the trenches had enabled the Allies to increase their resources. We undoubtedly nave acquired an ascendancy over the Germans at a loss of over a million to our army. Their officers are brave, but nearly all have fallen.
