The War Review pays a tribute to the ascendancy of the artillery. The 75eentimetre puns exceeded all expectations. Mobility, precision, and onrlnrance were incomparable, while the reserves of all classes of ammunition were, abundant, due to- the Allies' command of the seas. Transport services had b(+n developed to a high state of efficiency.
