THIRD ADVANCE SINCE THE WAR BEGAN. '
Messrs J. Duthic and Co., Ltd., have received a cable message Riving the freight rates now declared in London. The figures, with those prevailing in July last, before the War, are as follow:
This is the third advance since the beginning of the war. The two previous changes were made in August and January respectively.
