Hill) forUW'J purpose of promoting more interest- | inJ| its doings. *'■]s& A good deal of time was occupied a discussion as to why the president h*tß;fi called the present meeting after reiuffvß ing to call a .general meeting on a T*"*|| quisition signed by seven members ot'nj the club, as provided in the rules. -, - v'l : The president pointed out that of the members who signed the rcquisi-.*:? tion were unfinancial, and w'ere titled to vote. He had called the proaem-; > meeting because he saw that a meeting would be of benefit. - • ->jj During the discussion were indulged in. ■•!•-:*!> On the motion of Riflemen P, Wliitd'a and Brabant, it was resolved that tfihjjS meeting considers it advisable *tnat tt&% committee should assist the club to thepi;i] full extent of its power in bringing tlw»'' i new members of the club to a proficient V" state. The mover stated that he' cott-\j sidercd that every member should tw,!jj made' an efficient rifle shot.
