Received March 25, 8.5 p.m. Sydney, March 25. Mr. Cann states that new measures will be provided to supersede the Workmen's Compensation Act, and to enable a reciprocal arrangement to be made with New Zealand. When this latter measure is passed, negotiations with JSew Zealand will begin.
